When Vitality Beverages, Inc., then parent
company for Pasco Brands, acquired its largest frozen juice competitor,
this nearly doubled Pasco's customer base and product varieties.
The company needed a marketing expert to help them manage a number
of post acquisition portfolio challenges.
We rallied Vitality's product development managers behind a process
to optimize the company's portfolio by consolidating product formulas
and eliminating multiple flavors. We also worked closely with the
packaging managers to prioritize a backlog of over 1,000 packaging
projects resulting from the acquisition. Our expertise in packaging
development and product management helped to ensure adequate product
supply to customers during the transition period.
