Largest manufacturer of disposable contact lenses


A team of product developers and brand marketers at Vistakon organized a two-day ideation session to come up with the next generation of reusable contact lenses for the ACUVUE® brand. The team felt that outside resources would contribute to the overall success of the "Hot House" ideation session and future product innovation work.

Marketing Moves was one of the external partners invited to participate at this "Hot House" ideation meeting. We became totally immersed in the brainstorming process by providing critical input, guidance, and recommendations on various product ideas. We also helped to transform those ideas into product concepts that were screened in focus groups with contact lens wearers. Our follow-up work included developing the business case for several new product concepts based on the focus group learning, other consumer research, and technical capabilities discovered at the "Hot House."
